For me, not only ’tis the season for upcoming Christmas, but it’s also my birthday time. Since I’m still feeling stuck – and WAS stuck again for another seroma aspiration on Tuesday – I’m going to have a shortened post today. It’s not that I’m ungrateful for another year of life. Because I certainly am grateful – deeply, profoundly grateful, especially after coming out of eight months of cancer treatments and emerging the last several months into renewed health.
But I’m just not feeling. . . well, inspired.
So I’m going to let these photos from today speak for me instead. I took these with my iPhone of and around Cove Methodist Church on Cove Road outside Chickamauga.
They speak more eloquently than I can of this season and its simple, spare beauty.
I love these. Thank you for sharing your day with us!
